Pre-K Arabic and Islamic Instruction:

Salam Alaykom! My name is Sister Noha and I teach Pre-K Arabic and Islamic Instruction. If your child does not know all of the letters or how to write them, they are welcome to learn in my class. By the time your child leaves my class, they will know all of the letters of the Arabic Alphabet, how to write them, and what sounds each letter makes.

Kindergarten Arabic and Islamic Instruction:

Salam Alaykom! My name is Sister Ola and I teach the Kindergarten level of Arabic and Islamic Instruction. You child needs to know all of the alphabet and how to write each letter in order to come into my class. When your child graduates from this level, they will know how to read and write three-letter Arabic words. In addition, they will know how each letter looks when they are connected in the beginning, middle, and end of a word.

Level 1 Arabic and Islamic Instruction:

Salam Alaykom! My name is Sister Sharifa and I teach level 1 Arabic and Islamic Instruction. To come into my class, your child should know how to read and write three-letter Arabic words while also knowing how each letter looks in the beginning, middle, and end of a word. When your child graduates from my class, they should know how to read and write four letter words with vowels. They will also be able to read basic sentences of 3-4 words.

Level 2 Arabic and Islamic Instruction:

Salam Alaykom! My name is Brother Mohammad and I teach level 2 Arabic and Islamic Instruction. Your child must know how to read and write four letter words with vowels as well as being able to read basic sentences in order to be in my class. When your child graduates my class, they will know how to read complex sentences with correct grammar. They will also know all of the vowels.

Level 3 Arabic and Islamic Instruction:

Salam Alaykom! My name is Sister Sondos and I teach level 3 Arabic and Islamic Instruction. In order to come into my class, you need to be able to read complex sentences with correct grammar with vowels. When your child graduates from my class, they will know how to read and write more complex sentences with basic grammar.

Level 4 Arabic and Islamic Instruction:

Salam Alaykom! My name is Sister Maha and I teach level 4 Arabic and Islamic Instruction. To come into my class, you need to be able to read and write complex sentences with basic grammar. When your child graduates from my class, they should know how to read and write advanced paragraphs with advanced grammar.
